At R+cade, the activity isn't a warm-up for the real work — it is the work. When members collaborate, build, and create together with the right structure, real social connection develops naturally. We make sure every member has individual goals and the science to back it up.
R+cade programs are grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis — but we are not ABA therapy. In traditional ABA therapy settings, reinforcement often comes after the behavior — a token, a break, a treat. At R+cade, the activity is the reinforcement. Members aren't working toward play; they're building social skills through it. The joy of the game, the connection with peers, the shared win — that's what drives the learning. Same behavioral science. Completely different experience.
We work alongside your existing providers — not instead of them. R+cade is designed to complement ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, vocational rehabilitation, and other supports your team is already using. We're happy to collaborate on goals, share progress notes, and align our work with what's happening in your other settings. Just ask.
